Prologis has strengthened its Spanish team by bringing in Francisco Martín as Capital Deployment Director. Francisco will be responsible for all new land investments, as well as development and build-to-suit projects, and other investment-related activities. He will also focus on building up the company’s customer network.
Francisco is a graduate in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid with a Masters in Purchasing Management and Supply from ICIL. He has 20 years’ experience during working in a host of responsible roles in the 3PL sector, with industry leaders such as XPO Logistics and, before that, Norbert Dentressangle for 14 years, as well as CBRE, which he left to join Prologis after three years as logistics and industrial project manager. His roles at these companies included managing areas such as supply, asset management, yield, development and investment.
