Prologis leases 16,000 Square Meters at Prologis Park Alcalá
MADRID – 16 June 2016 – Prologis, Inc., the global leader in industrial real estate, today announced it has signed a new lease agreement for 12,000 square metres with Panalpina at Prologis Park Alcalá, Madrid.
Located in El Corridor de Henares, Prologis Park Alcala is a key logistics location and has excellent features that meet the needs of both customers. It is also the most modern park in Madrid with state-of-the-art warehouses.
