MADRID – September 26, 2016 - Prologis, Inc., the global leader in logistics real estate, today announced that Laura Capdevila Laza has joined the company as property manager for the Madrid market.

Capdevila Laza‘s appointment takes place at a time when the company is expanding its presence in Madrid with the development of Prologis Park San Fernando. Prologis has a portfolio of more than 780,000 square metres of existing buildings in Spain, of which 45 percent are located in Madrid and occupied by 48 customers.

Capdevila Laza has a degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) and Market Research and Techniques from the University of San Pablo CEU. She has more than six years of experience in the real estate sector, primarily as a property manager at companies such as BNP Paribas Real Estate, Goodman and Aguirre Newman.
