With the aim of promoting a friendly environment and building community at Prologis, we launched the PARKlife™ initiative in 2019, which is based on three main pillars: events, services and actions.
Within the scope of events, we promote great actions to create a feeling of community among our park employees, such as our Summer Party or the Christmas Event. In addition, we believe that sport is a good way to disconnect, so we offer activities such as tournaments on our paddle courts, available to employees and running clubs. In terms of actions, we advocate nutritional workshops, blood donation campaigns and food collection.
Through PARKlife™, we’re building a community in our logistics parks, boosting talent and creating a comfortable and attractive work environment.
