Patchwork Food Bank

Throughout December, Prologis participated in the campaign organised by the Spanish Federation of Food Banks. The company has delivered 1,500 kilos of products that were collected from its offices in Barcelona and Madrid.

All of Prologis’ clients in Sant Boi, CIM Valles, La Granada, Subirats, Penedès, Coslada and San Fernando have done their bit and joined in this action of solidarity that is so important for Spanish society.

This food collection project concludes a year marked by the different voluntary actions in which Prologis have participated like the donation of space for the manufacture of medical devices during COVID.

Cristian Oller, Vice President and Country Manager of Prologis Spain, commented: “On behalf of Prologis, I would like to thank all of the customers who have generously donated to the food collection campaign to support the Spanish Federation of Food Banks (FESBAL). Thanks to their generosity, more than 1,500 kilos of food has been collected. I would also like to highlight the admirable volunteer work carried out by the entire Prologis team during this difficult year, always respecting the relevant health and social distancing measures.”

This initiative forms part of our Impact Day program. Despite the many difficulties and challenges of 2020, Prologis Spain’s employees have been up to the task and have made a difference by organizing this day and helping those most in need.
