Prologis has renewed ISO 9001:2021 certification for its Industrial Warehouse Leasing Management processes. This certification guarantees compliance with the requirements and procedures that the company has in place for the management of its logistics warehouses and customer service function, within the framework of a Quality Management System.
Furthermore, the ISO 9001:2021 certification recognises quality, continuous improvement, customer experience and internal procedures related to property management.
The ISO 9001:2021 certification was awarded to Prologis Spain by AENOR (the Spanish Association for Standardisation and Certification) in recognition of the compliance of the company’s Quality Management System with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2021 standard. After first obtaining this certification in December 2009, Prologis Spain has now managed to renew it for a period of three years.
