True to our strategy of placing sustainable development and innovation at the heart of our offerings, Prologis has led the industrial real estate sector by creating and implementing EEGLE, a digital tool connected to logistics facilities. EEGLE offers users a series of advantages, including remote technical management, environmental protection and financial gain. Implemented for the first time in a building located on L’Isle d’Abeau in the Lyon region of France, EEGLE is currently only available in France, Italy and Spain.

Navigate a building remotely
EEGLE is a simple and instantaneous interface. From a 3D model of the building using Building Information Modeling (BIM), Prologis has created a digital interface connected by sensors to the logistics facility. One simply needs to open EEGLE on a PC, tablet or smartphone to access a building instantly and view both the inside and outside in 3D.

Access building information in one click and simplify technical management
With quick and user-friendly access to the technical management of the facility, EEGLE offers optimized, practical and shared monitoring of site maintenance. EEGLE also integrates a predictive feature with alerts in the event of any malfunction and reminders of regular maintenance deadlines.

An environmental and financial advantage for Prologis customers
EEGLE makes it possible to anticipate operating costs. The input of a range of data (designs, audit reports and technical descriptions) and the modelling of real estate assets (architecture, external surroundings, specific facilities and occupancy profile) enables users to calculate and reduce energy costs.
